Terms of service

1. Who these terms are between

Revirto Growth Tech (“Revirto”, “we”) and you, the client named on the quote.

2. Quotes and scope

Every project starts with a written quote that lists what is included. The price does not change unless the scope does.

3. Payment

Websites: 50% advance before work starts, and 50% when the site is ready to go live.

Monthly plans: billed monthly, in advance, with a three-month minimum.

Ad spend is paid by you, straight to Meta from your own ad account. It never passes through us.

4. Timelines

The clock starts when we have everything we need from you. If content or feedback is late, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

5. What you own

Once paid in full, the website, its content and your ad account are yours. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Support after launch

Every website comes with 30 days of fixes. After that we still reply within 24 hours. Larger changes are quoted first.

7. Results

We do not promise a position on Google, a mention in an AI answer or a number of leads. We promise the work and honest reporting.

8. Cancelling

Monthly plans can be cancelled after the three-month minimum with 30 days’ notice. Payments for work already started are not refunded.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
