1. Who we are

Revirto is run by Revirto Growth Tech, based in Hyderabad, India. For anything about your data, email rana@revirto.com.

2. What we collect

What you type into our forms: your name, business email, website and message.

When you book a call: the time you picked and your email address.

Basic site analytics: pages viewed, device type and rough location.

If you came from an ad: which ad you clicked, through the Meta pixel.

3. Why we collect it

To reply to you, to prepare for your call, and to send the plan and quote you asked for.

To see which pages and ads are working, so we can improve them.

4. Who we share it with

Only the tools we use to run the business: Google for email, calendar and analytics, Meta for ad measurement, our CRM and our hosting company.

We never sell your data, and we never add you to a newsletter you did not ask for.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as tax law in India requires.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies for analytics and ad measurement. You can block them in your browser and the site still works.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email rana@revirto.com and we reply within 7 days.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
