Meta Platform Integration and Data Usage
Revirto uses Meta Business Tools and the Meta Marketing API to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms on behalf of our clients.
Data We Collect from Meta Platforms
When you authorize us to manage your Meta advertising accounts, we collect:
Ad account IDs, Page IDs, and Business Manager IDs
Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions, spend)
Audience insights and demographic information (aggregated and anonymized)
Ad creative performance metrics
Meta Pixel and Conversions API event data for campaign optimization
Basic profile information if you use Meta Login for authentication
Meta Business Tools We Use
Meta Marketing API: To programmatically create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Meta Pixel: To track conversions and website activity for campaign optimization and performance measurement.
Conversions API: To send server-side event data for accurate conversion tracking and measurement.
Meta Analytics Tools: To generate performance reports, dashboards, and campaign insights.
How We Use Meta Platform Data
We use Meta Platform Data solely to:
Create and manage advertising campaigns according to your instructions
Optimize ad performance, targeting, and budget allocation
Generate performance reports and analytics for your campaigns
Provide campaign recommendations and strategic insights
Measure return on investment (ROI) and campaign effectiveness
Build and manage custom audiences for remarketing
Conduct A/B testing and creative optimization
Data Sharing with Meta
We share necessary information with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to execute your advertising campaigns. Data shared with Meta is processed according to Meta’s Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Meta may further share data with their partners, vendors, and service providers as described in their Privacy Policy.

For Meta advertising campaign management: To create, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) according to your instructions and business objectives.
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
Sharing Your Personal Information
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
With Meta Platforms: We share necessary information with Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to execute advertising campaigns according to your instructions. Meta processes this data according to its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, process payments, provide cloud hosting and data storage, deliver customer support, and facilitate analytics and reporting platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Campaign performance data from Meta platforms is typically retained for 24 months for historical analysis and reporting purposes. Upon service termination, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days unless legal obligations require longer retention.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Revoke Meta Access: Revoke our access to your Meta advertising accounts at any time through your Meta Business Manager settings.
Disconnect Meta Tools: Request disconnection of Meta Pixel and Conversions API from your website.

Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
