Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Revirto.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Services from Us.
Service refers to Website Development, Paid Ads, and Email Marketing.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Eligibility for Refund
Qualified Leads Definition:
- Qualified leads are defined as leads that demonstrate interest in your business.
Results:
- We guarantee a minimum of 25 qualified leads per month.
Minimum Ad Spend:
- A minimum ad spend of 10,000 INR per month is required to qualify for our refund policy.
Refund Conditions
Marketing Services:
- If we do not bring at least 25 qualified leads in a month, we will not charge for our marketing services for that month.
- This policy applies only if the minimum ad spend of 10,000 INR has been met.
Website Development:
- The cost of website development is 20,000 INR.
- This fee is non-refundable, regardless of the marketing results.
Exclusions
Client Adherence:
- Clients must adhere to our recommendations and guidelines for optimizing the campaign.
- Failure to comply with our strategies may void the refund policy.
Ad Spend:
- The minimum ad spend must be maintained throughout the campaign period. Any deviation from this may affect eligibility for a refund.
Special Conditions:
- Refunds are not applicable in cases of force majeure events, changes in business operations, or external factors beyond our control that impact lead generation.
